Mindfulness meditation - 8 week course

Starts Tuesday 30th October 2012 for eight weeks. Led by Suryacitta Malcolm Smith author of Happiness and How it Happens - Finding contentment through mindfulness

Each week there will be guided meditation and a short talk on themes including: What mindfulness and how to do it, how happiness happens, calming the chattering mind, dancing with dragons (working with fear and other difficult emotions), listening to the wisdom of your body and more.

There will also be time for discussion.

Cost: £125 includes a copy of his book
