11am - 3pm Christmas Cooking Demonstrations in the Market Place featuring Chef and Catering Manager, James McIntosh from the Great Central Railway. Festive food ideas and lots of those little tricks of the trade to see you through the season when cooking for the extended family and Christmas parties. Also featuring a Christmas Retail Market.
